Very cute! Everyone wants a kitten. Adults are difficult to place. I know. We have a couple of adult cats for whom we would love to find forever homes.

I know what you mean, #1. It`s much the same with dogs. Puppies are beyond my energy level and skill set now so my latest adoption was an adult weimaraner who found herself at the city shelter. She is a wonderful older dog but was likely a very wild, headstrong, and needy puppy back in her day.
It`s worked out well for us both. I wish more folks would consider the benefits of adopting an older animal, if possible. I will say my gal came with quite a bit of emotional baggage that required time, patience, and understanding but it was very worth it.
