Both are touting ‘Change!’ but change for the sake of change is NOT always a good thing. I worked for a boss who kept changing our schedules because she wanted ‘change!’, but in the end she lost 3/4 of the best workers at the library, and almost lost university accreditation.
If we are going to elect a leader for change, we’d better be darn sure it will be change for the better.
