Maintaining aerobic fitness could delay biological aging by up to 12 years

This meant a lot to me as exercise is a serious part of the diet program I have been on since August 2006.

Good for you, Dr. Harmon! I began a serious program of walking and weightlifting at age 55. Four years later, I am thinner, stronger, and able to do much more in my daily routines. In addition to weightlifting, there is Pilates, which strengthens muscles without using weights.

I’ll bet you feel like a new man, compared to your starting point in August 2006.
