Archer, there are some manufacturers that make left-handed tools. I work with a south paw who has a left-handed skill saw, and it’s a pain when I have to use it. 🙂
I even get hassles from my right-handed husband and children about putting the twisties back on the bread backwards! I’ve had coffee makers that required me to pour the water in right-handed. GSP98, it is a pain.
Yes, we Lefties Are. So. Victimized! People call us pejorative names like “sinister”, and they deny our basic rights to equal access! How many times have you tried to open the left side of a double door store entrance, only to find it locked? LOCKED, I say!
And when someone utters a truism, people tell them that they are RIGHT! The opposite of truth is falsehood, and what’s the opposite of right? LEFT!
Help! Help! I’m being oppressed! I can’t even demand my RIGHTs as a citizen without submitting to this oppressive system of RIGHTs that leaves no room for LEFTs to express themselves!!
Well, I’M NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!! EVEN THOUGH SAYING SO IS AN OXYMORON, I DEMAND MY LEFT RIGHTS!! (Hear the people say: Left On, Baby!!)
(Oh, and I want someone to make a left-handed piano. Just thought I’d mention it.)
Great line, #12! Being left-handed, I have been forced to learn how to do a lot of things with my right hand, because scissors, etc., don’t work with the left. The result is I’m partly ambidextrous. I can paint accurately and trim wallpaper precisely with either hand. Drives my husband nuts.
(channeling Dana Carvey as Johnny Carson)
“I did not know that!”
(Phil Hartman as Ed McMahon)
“Yes!”
Left-handed people are kind, gentle, and WONDERFUL.

I’m left handed and I will rejoice the day they start making left handed power tools.
Hey…you try and use a chain saw with your non-dominant hand and you will see what I’m talking about.
Archer, I couldnt imagine. Im sure its kind of a pain being a left hander in a right handed world.
well, we are the ones in our right minds…
How…sinister…
😉

DeeBee, 🙂 You LEFT little unsaid! However, on the piano, as in typing: some things have to be done ambidextrously.
I’ld give my right arm to be ambidextrous!
