We in Arizona are still hanging onto first place in our division, and in the recent series in Phoenix took 2 of 3 against the Cubs. Alas, we weren’t as successful at Wrigley…
I’m wondering if anyone has ever made a comparison between the apparent orthodoxy/heterodoxy of a diocese and their baseball team(s). Of course, some compensation will have to be figured in for the difference between National League (reasserter) and American League (revisionist) style of Baseball.
