I used to read this guys writings with some interest and even amusement. His total “hate Bush” mentality has caused him to turn into just another media hack whose logic is dubious and “facts” are suspect. All too typical of the MSM today, unfortunately.

  2. Paul PA says:

He is 11 paragraphs into a reasoning of why to vote for Obama before he mentions his name. I don’t want to comment about the author – The issue is – are we actually stuck with choosing not the other guy. There are better reasons to choose Obama than that. Let’s hope voters are at least able to choose one of these two because they are the better choice.

  3. Mary Miserable says:

Senator Obama’s passionate commimtment to Roe vs. Wade without compromise – as part of a larger visioin to enable women to reach their full potentionial – is the one concrete example I know of which gives flesh to his agenda for the nation,,,and perhaps for the world.
If he is elected president and fulfills his promise to sign the Freedom of Choice Act as the first thing he would do, we will have a measure of the man. “Thou shalt not!” vs. “yes we can” lies in the balance.

I once had an e-mail exchange with Andrew Sullivan that left me, well, rather doubtful as to his judgement. That was long before his slide into BDS territory. I’m not sure he has both oars in the water, and this endorsement only adds to the suspicion.

  5. David Fischler says:

Sullivan, even at this late date, is still flogging the moonbat allegation that Trig Palin isn’t the Governor’s baby. I think that says pretty much all you need to know about him.
