    What a revelation: small communities, run with wisdom and caution, in which clients are known and cared for- WORK!!

    Crikey- next they will tell us that children do best with a married father and mother, that Christian faith frees sinners and that ECUSA is selling us lies….whtever next! (wink)

    The three percent introductory rate is of questionable wisdom unless the borrower is qualified at the higher rate. Isn’t it the cut-rate intro loans what got us into this mess in the first place?

    While I echo the sentiment that it is generally going to be the smaller banks that end up being the back-bone of our national finance, what good is that if they do the same stupid things that the big guys did?
