Bishop Bruno is voting no? That boggles the mind.

    I am stunned.

Oooh! This for Rowan’s benefit, isn’t it? “Look, we are a little orthodox after all.”

Talk about sacrificing the cannon fodder. Best one yet “not in my diocese” Bruno!!! I’m all grins.

The fat lady is clearing her throat. Rev. Forrester will not be a bishop, a Lama perhaps, but not a bishop.

It could be tactical but it seems with Thew-Forrester the liberals overplayed their hand.

I understand his main problem isn’t the playing at Buddhism but the dodgy relativism of his made-up services.

How much longer will this process carry out until the result is known?

  7. The_Archer_of_the_Forest says:

No. 6, I think its pretty close. I read somewhere yesterday that mathematically, he has to win 31 of the remaining 34 standing committee votes to pull it out.

  8. optimus prime says:

Any idea how the ‘cards might fall’ given the remaining dioceses?

I have no idea at this point. If even Bishop Bruno is voting no, then in my mind all bets are off as to whom might vote yes.
