Pat Robertson was just on the air to say that the Haitians had brought all this destruction upon themselves because of a “pact made with the devil” that the whole nation signed up to over 200 years ago.
re No.2, does anyone have any information on what event feeds the Rev. Robertson’s speculations about causation? I wonder if they read the Book of Job at Regent U.

#6: Other blogs I read have suggested that he’s referring to a Vodou ceremony performed at Bois Caïman which kicked off the Haitan revolution.
