  1. Adam 12 says:

Just because a surveyor askes a question, does that mean the topic is anywhere near the top of peoples’ minds? Actually it would probably be good for all of us to act like Jesus was coming sometime within the next three years…

  2. Jon says:

Adam raises a good point. Journalists and creators of surveys often know nothing about what Christianity really teaches. And in this case, Christianity has always taught that we should both (a) make long term plans (save for our kids and grandkids, plan for the stewardship of the earth, build hospitals and bridges for the benefit of people five generations from now) and yet (b) be prepared that all of that could vanish in twinkling of an eye with the coming of our beloved Lord tonight.

  3. Cennydd says:

Only Christ knows when He will return…….and He hasn’t given the slightest indication of when that might be. Surveys like this one are meaningless.

  4. Fr. Dale says:

“Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed.” (Rev 16:15)
