    Hmmmm!

    What’s Russia’s interest in this?

Could it be: securing part of its borders with Islamic states; land access to the lower priced oil of the Middle East (lower priced than Russia’s); warm water ports for servicing ships of the Russian Navy; improving its position vis-a-vis the USA, China, India, Europe, etc. in the politico-military ‘board game’ of “big oil” and inter-state “power politics;” encouraging Iran’s non-support of Islamic terrorists within Russia; plain old pursuit of money for nuclear/military technology; or all of the above?

All of the above, if their past history is any indicator.

Well according to John Bolton, Israel has one week left to bomb the reactor without causing a nuclear incident. Once the rods with fuel go in, it’s too late.
