American Atheists erected a billboard over the weekend in Huntsville, Ala., that claims all religions are scams.
The ad reads, “You know they’re all scams” and pictures some religious symbols including the cross, the Jewish star, and Islam’s crescent moon and star.
The billboard further claims that the group American Atheists has been “telling the truth since 1963.”
The Triune God: Telling the Truth Since “Let There Be Light!”
#1–WW–You certainly can turn a phrase! Wish I’d said that.
“Since 1963”? Big deal. Jesus has been telling the truth for almost 2000 years, and God the Father for quite some time before that!
The Muslim response, if any, could prove interesting.
Let’s be clear to: it is AD (the year of our Lord) 1963. So, they are one thousand nine hundred and sixty three years behind in asserting their claim that Jesus is NOT Lord. I’d say they have setup a David and Goliath scenario for themselves that they simply will not win.
I really don’t CARE about what atheists say, think, or do!
They must have read The London Times and are worried.
I can’t believe they allowed this Islamophobia.
I don’t, nor have I ever, in groups that think they can change people’s hearts and minds by pasting silly slogans on billboards.
*put stock in*
Sorry, typo.
They are not really atheists – they simply hate God and want to get back at him somehow.
Whew – just checked the ad & sure am glad they didn’t include as Jedis on it, thank the force!
Given the way they mock Christianity on billboards, perhaps they should take out a ad with a picture of Mohammad with some sarcastic one liner…
God will have His revenge on them on Judgment Day.
