    I don’t quite get the math here, but it’s never been a strength of mine. I realize the stats in New England (and all provinces except 9)indicate decline, but the numbers in the “Member Change” and “ASA Change” don’t equal the differences between the figures in the columns to their left. What “changes” are those numbers supposed to represent?

    Good catch!

    Looking at last year’s numbers, I see that the change numbers for Province 1 on the report linked above (5707 for members and 3354 for ASA) are actually the changes reported for 2009 from 2008. They must have gotten included in this 2010 report by mistake.

    I haven’t checked other provinces to see if the same mistake was made in those cases. Perhaps there will be an update–it was an easy mistake to make.
