Nearly 40 people testified July 7 on General Convention Resolution A049 to Authorize Liturgical Resources for Blessing Same-Gender Relationships.
Those testifying alternated between proponents and opponents of the resolution, but supporters outnumbered opponents, at least six of whom came from the Diocese of Central Florida.
Was the required supermajority achieved in the HOB? I take it the question has been raised.

God help me, I had to respond to that “meme” comment. I had to edit it a few times to get it in a form that has the slightest chance of passing their moderation, lol, but I suspect that by calling the “culture of death” remark hyperbolic, my comment probably won’t see the light of day.

There’s a wonderfully authoritative-sounding comment advocating the thoroughly-discredited Boswell stuff.
Another commenter informs us, “There is nothing in the canonical gospels where Jesus opposes same sex relationships.” I’m sure he also knows that Jesus doesn’t speak against rape, either.
They seem to be missing the point that before the resolution can pass:
1. TEC needs a written doctrine stating that homosexual practice isn’t sinful.
2. TEC needs to change the Consititution and Canons, and the BCP to allow same-sex “marriage”.
The trial rites aren’t about blessing a simple friendship. It’s all about promoting homosexual practice, and the language is clearly that of marriage.
