Smart decision by +Howard. He sure does not want more trouble. For 2002 through 2010 the Dio of FL lost 24 percent of Members, 31 percent of ASA, 29 percent of inflation adjusted Plate & Pledge, 51 percent of Infant Baptisms, and 51 percent of Marraiges.
