    Ms Schori writes:
[blockquote] “The bishops of The Episcopal Church have met him and shared fruitful conversation, worship, and learning with him during a House of Bishops meeting earlier this year.” [/blockquote]
Indeed. Here is the text of his speech given to the bishops of TEC on that occasion: http://www.collegeforbishops.org/assets/1145/bishop_of_durham_reflections_to_tec_hob.pdf

If +Welby votes for the creation of women bishops at Synod, and if the vote passes, then this will not bode at all well for the future of the CofE, and by extension, their relationship with the rest of the Communion, with TEC and the ACofC being the exceptions.
