I think it’s gotta be Sarah Palin then – private plane reportedly inbound from Alaska this morning. And that would be AMAZING. 44 years old, 5 kids, gave birth to #5 knowing he had Downs (obviously is pro life) just this April. Fought corruption in both the Democratic and Republican parties in Alaska.

What a contrast to the lifetime pol Joe Biden!!

    Maybe Kay Bailey Hutchison?

  3. Kendall Harmon says:

Hutchison denied it yesterday in Texas, fwiw.

Palin would be an AMAZING choice.

It is important to keep an open mind, who knows what’s up until we really know.

I remember vividly a recent scene with Joe Biden being filmed in his driveway saying it is not me.

Dr. Harmon, that line came to my mind too when I heard Gov. Pawlenty saying he’s not the one! To give Sen. Biden his due, it’s possible that at the time he gave the statement he didn’t think he would be chosen.

I think ABC news is wrong and so do a lot of the commentors there. The question is, would McCain spend $$ on a private plane from Alaska to Ohio just to throw off reporters, or does it mean Palin is the one? I would hope the latter.

Only a short time from now we will know, so I can wait.

  9. libraryjim says:

    Chris,
Maybe she is just coming down early to get ready for the Rep. National Convention?
(I hope it’s more than that, though!)

    Katherine,
do we have a choice? We’ll HAVE to wait. LOL

#8 Palin owns a float plane

    #12,
In Alaska, you pretty well have to if you want to have any kind of contact with the residents of inner-Alaska.
