    It would seem that the Episcopal Church is the liberal wing of the Democratic Party at prayer.

    RESOLVED, that the General Convention do everything in its power to ensure that the Episcopal Church becomes an irrelevant group of useful idiots which liberal social activists can pull out whenever a church approval is needed for their political agenda.

    Writing Resolutions can really help to get one’s mind off of unpleasant facts. Since 1996, the diocese has lost about 33 percent of its members and since 2001 Plate & Pledge has increased a paltry 6 percent. In 2006, there were 482 burials but only 407 infant baptisms. And Henry Ford lies in the cemetery of a closed TEC church. Statmann
