Monday, July 13 Judge Dickson denied the TECSC Motion for Reconsideration of his ruling. They promptly filed their Notice of Appeal and a further motion requesting the S.C. Supreme Court to take the appeal directly.The Diocese continues to give thanks for the clarity of Judge Dickson’s ruling and forward progress towards the conclusion of this litigation.
