    the dollar figures are his minimum payments and that is all he is doing?

    The dollar amounts are NOT his minimum payments…he is counting the amount of cash in his wallet (the question being answered is “What is in your wallet?”).
    This is a man who usually counts in the billions if not trillions

    With the hints above, has to be Warren Buffett. If so it’s also true. His joy is “numbers”. He happens to have made a lot of money understanding “numbers”.
