I recommend H-Net in general. You generaly can’t post unless you have a phd in the field, and typicaly a faculty position. But the archives are a great resource if you’re doing historical research, if only as a starting point where sources are mentioned and books are reviewed. And on occasion one finds really good, interesting discussions. Fun for history junkies like me. 🙂
