    Oh my. I guessed 40 percent. I would never have considered the actual number!

    I was pretty close. We are thinking about buying a foreclosure for investment purposes.

    Haven’t looked yet but am guessing 75%. I seem to recall reading that this was one of the hardest hit real estate markets in the country.

    I guessed 78%. I live in California, but I have friends there, and my wife is a realtor.
