I know that some may call this an over-simplification.

But, if I were in debt to some credit card companies and I decided to pay off those debts, by borrowing from some other persons offering credit, wouldn’t I be accused of putting off at greater cost to myself the debt that I already owed.

And, if I couldn’t pay back the debt that I incurred to pay off the original debt that I owed, wouldn’t I be guilty of theft of some sort?

Paying off a debt by printing money that devalues the buying power of money already held by other persons is a form of theft, at least ethically, is it not?

AnglicanFirst…you’re trying to apply logic to the Federal government. That just makes matters worse. 😉
