Can anyone tell me what “discharged- already acted on at this convention” means? I am wondering about the status of A075- the resolution concerned with structure- part of which was to consider a unicameral legislature not a bicameral structure as we have now.
The text given in the “current” PDF is not the final form as many are still in the original form. So this has not been updated? Just curious. I do want to know about the status of A075.
For many reasons, I am glad I wasn’t there, not the least of which is I would have come back home hoarse from yelling “NO”.
