Integrity reports: Another Los Angeles Property Ruling

The Integrity blog is reporting breaking news about yet another Los Angeles property ruling in a case of TEC vs. a “breakaway” parish in La Crescenta.

    The judge in the case expects an appeal, but he says, “This case is far from over, but it’s over in this court.”

    Based upon the recent appeals court ruling the lower court had no real option. I believe the San Diego churches are under a different Appeals court.

    Brian: A tie after multiple serves in tennis is ‘deuce’. A non-returnable return shot after a very high lob is a ” smash”. The two recent court rulings in California would appear to fall into the very high lob category.
