Don’t usually pay much attention to National Peoples Radio, but in this case their chart coincides with my own sentiments. Seems the people and the government ARE in step tripping merrily together down the financial drain.

I am nearly entirely in cash and defensive holdings. And over the next few days I will be adding short positions on the U.S. stock market in anticipation of a significant downward move. The broad market chart shape over the recent past is called a head-and-shoulders (small rise, dip, big rise, dip small rise, and then a reasonably likely TUMBLE). Recent market performance matches quite closely the market sentiment in 1932. Not good news.
