The year that Tad founded Anglican Frontier Ministries coincided with a sharp cutback on 815’s support for evangelistic world mission. The Heralds of the New Consciousness were justifying this radical abandonment with the argument that we “Western” Christians actually had no business going around the world to share the Gospel with anyone who wasn’t already a Christian.
Tad’s invitation to support mission to unreached peoples was a breath of fresh air. It took a lot of courage to stand up like that.
