  1. Kendall Harmon says:

I want all who watch this to know I called and have Chad’s permission to share it.

I am very grateful for him and his testimony and ministry. Wow.

  2. Creighton+ says:

I am thankful that our Lord protected Chad.

  3. Michael+ says:

Whoa! Chad’s a strong man, very quick; hard to get a jump on him. Thanks be to God for Chad’s safety.

  4. Sarah says:

    Wow.

What an unbelievably traumatic experience. I don’t know what I would have answered in response to such a question — I expect my mind would have gone entirely blank.

But what great answers he gave.

God bless Father Lawrence as he recovers from this — I’m sure that it won’t be necessarily easy.

  5. Blue Cat Man says:

God bless him, his family, and his strong answers!

  6. Archer_of_the_Forest says:

Is Chad related to Bishop Lawrence?

  7. Blue Cat Man says:

I should add his strong faith!

  8. William Witt says:

Chad is Bishop Lawrence’s son, and a recent graduate of Trinity School for Ministry. An awful thing to happen to anyone, but Chad’s recounting of his words to his assailant is exactly the kind of calm witness that I would have expected of him.

  9. Archer_of_the_Forest says:

I thought he looked like Bishop Lawrence, but I am careful never to assume.

  10. MichaelA says:

Thanks to God for his deliverance
