Prime Minister David Cameron has said the international community should use “everything at its disposal” to fight terrorism, on a visit to Algeria.
The recent hostage crisis, in which some 37 foreigners died, was “a reminder that what happens in other countries affects us at home”, he said.
He also defended Western intervention in the conflict in neighbouring Mali.
It is not very often that I agree with the PM but here I think he is totally correct. Of course we have to convince Obama that there is such a thing as a terrorist danger and that it requires a “WAR”
to combat that danger. I really don’t think he feels that terrorism is as serious as it ha proven to be. I feel that the only reason he went after Bin Laden was political points. I wish I felt differently but I do not trust the man to protect the US from Islamist/Jihadist or whatever you wish to call them. He seems to sympathize too much with the Jihadist position.
