    Now if only the court also awarded the Dio SC its legal fees and costs incurred in defending itself and its personnel against this frivolous action!

    Alas, their plan has always been to continue the appeals process up to the Supreme Court of South Carolina. Does anyone know what has happened to the appeal from the Diocese of SC to the SC Supreme Court to circumvent all this nonsense?????
