    Interesting. This would be a nice news story but the writer fails to realize that those who have left the Diocese of SC have not followed TEC’s own canons to reform another diocese. I wonder why that info was left out. Usually the Charleston Post and Courier is more factual than this story.

    The unanswered question is the one of who nominated him? I believe and correct me if I’m wrong is that the Standing Committee puts forth the nomination. As there is no standing committee in the Splenda diocese, my guess is either the PB or the Steering Committee did this.
