The case was called The Episcopal Church v. The Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth and the Supreme Court denied Petition for certiorari.     Thank you, Dr. Harmon. There is no reason to think that, having been rebuffed by SCOTUS in the Texas case, TECSC would be any more successful with its own case in SC. When, as can be expected, the SC Appeals and Supreme Courts reject TECSC’s appeals, it should be over. It seems likely this may come more quickly than the General Convention-affiliated body would like.
