    I think I understand his low-church leanings and his desire to see episcopal powers devolve; however I would suggest that it is the appointment and ongoing selections of entrepreneurial and autocratic bishops instead of theologians and biblical scholars (those are not antonyms) that has yielded the present situation. And, in that, the Anglican Church in Canada and tec are the same.
