Two nuns in Upper Egypt faced “unimaginable fear”–with one later hospitalized over the emotional trauma–when 1,500 Muslim villagers brandishing swords and knives trapped them inside a guesthouse last week and threatened to burn them out.
The next day, the assailants frightened children at the school; attendance has since dropped by more than a third.
Ahhhh, the fruits of the wonderful “Arab Spring” promoted by our Secretary of State.
And now we find another piece of evidence showing that the “Arab Spring” will result in the repression of Christians, Christians in their historic pre-Muslim homeland, by Muslims practicing the “Religion of Peace.”

The networks are terrified that their newscasters might be attacked, that’s why!

What a distortion of history! Egyptians were Christians – recall that Alexandria was the center of Christian theology in the 4th century- long before the Arab invasion brought Islam to Egypt in the 7th century. Who took who’s ancestor’s land?
It is time that the Western Church stood up for the Church in Egypt – if one part of the body suffers…
