34 depositions….well, there goes TEC’s 4th of July celebrations. May The Lord confound their thoughts and tie their tongues. May The Lord bring truth to their lips for the first time.

  2. Br. Michael says:

Once Judges lose their patience they can move things along quite rapidly. I would also guess that the TEC lawyers have lost a lot of credibility with the trial court and that is something you never want to do.

  3. SC blu cat lady says:

Whew! Thanks be to God that this trial is going forward on Tuesday.

Br. Michael, You may very well be correct about Judge Goodstein beginning to lose patience with TEC. What credibility they have with her, I don’t know. They may very well have lost credibility with her. I bet the other side’s attorneys are going to be working hard over the July 4th weekend.

The delay in taking the depositions is theirs alone! The Diocese of SC legal team tried to work out a schedule for taking depositions and they refused to cooperate hoping the trial would never happen.

All, please keep up the prayers for ALL attorneys involved.
