    Wow, probably not often that you get same day service from a Court of Appeals. That was short and to the point. And I get the impression that being 5 minutes late on Tuesday might not be a good idea.

    Yep, TJ. Me thinks that the SC courts are not happy with TECinSC attorney’s behavior and delay tactics. Tuesday could be a rather painful day for TECinSC. Anyway, their attorneys still have considerable work to do taking 34 depositions. It could be very interesting…… Will see…..

    One wonders who is advising TEC in SC about legal matters…. Are these tactics coming from 815 or from local attorney Thomas Tisdale? Tisdale should know SC law as he is part of the SC Bar.
