    A Global South, non-white, attender of GAFCON and signer of the Jerusalem Declaration would be fine with me, preferably a lay person too. But since I am not a member of a real Anglican Province but simply an “ecumenical partner” I guess my opinion is of no consequence

    It’s the Secretary General of the Anglican Communion who is of no consequence. The “instruments of unity” of the last century are dead.
